Yes, this person may have had some pirated music on her system. However, I think the real question is, does stealing justify breaking and entering?
The RIAA cracked into this mom’s computer and searched through her files. They didn’t give her any notice, and, quite frankly, it was very illegal. Imho, she has a better case against them then they have against her.
